Casa Felicidad is a modern, comfortable and cosy holiday home, located right in the heart of Puerto del Carmen. The accommodation stands out for its spectacular sea views from the bedroom and its two-storey design, perfect for enjoying sunny days at the beach or relaxing in the comfort of a modern and elegant environment.

Its location is unbeatable: just a few metres from the famous Beach Avenue, with the iconic Playa Grande on the other side of the avenue and a wide variety of restaurants, shops and leisure options, creating the perfect environment to combine relaxation, sun and fun.

Moreover, Casa Felicidad offers reliable fibre optic WiFi with approximate speeds of 200 Mbps, ideal for those wishing to work remotely during their holidays.

Comfortable and Functional Interior Spaces
The apartment features a master bedroom with a double bed, a large wardrobe with integrated lights and a full-length mirror, and access to a terrace-balcony with sea views. The bedroom bathroom is equipped with a shower, hairdryer, magnifying mirror, and high-quality amenities (gel/shampoo dispenser and moisturiser).

The ground floor offers a modern open-concept living room, with a comfortable chaise longue sofa, large Smart TV with Netflix, multilingual SatTV and WiFi, dining area and fully equipped kitchen, including microwave, espresso coffee machine, oven, fridge-freezer and dishwasher.

The apartment also has a washing machine, iron and ironing board, as well as a large furnished terrace, with sun loungers and an outdoor shower with water heated by solar energy, ideal for relaxing outdoors.

Air Conditioning
The accommodation includes air conditioning in the living room and bedroom, operated by a coin meter. A courtesy credit is provided at the beginning of the stay; once exhausted, guests can top up the meter as needed.

Included Amenities and Welcome
Casa Felicidad is delivered fully equipped for a comfortable stay. Upon arrival, guests receive a welcome pack, which includes water, milk, coffee and tea sachets, biscuits, crackers, half a bottle of Lanzarote wine and a cleaning kit. Additionally, a welcome letter is provided with personal recommendations about the island, useful information and contact numbers.

For stays of one week or more, a courtesy cleaning is included midway through the stay, which includes changing bed linen and towels, removing rubbish, replenishing gel, lotion and toilet paper, as well as a refresh of the accommodation. This cleaning is express; personal belongings are not reorganised or sorted.

Baby Pack (optional and incurs additional cost)
For families with young children, we offer a Baby Pack for an additional charge, which includes a cot, high chair, sheets, blanket, towel, toiletry kit, portable bathtub and child-friendly crockery. It must be requested before arrival.

Check-in Process
Once the booking is confirmed, we will organise the check-in to ensure an easy and comfortable arrival. Whenever possible, we personally welcome guests at the property, where we complete a brief form and hand over the welcome pack, as well as useful information about the stay and the area.

If in-person reception is not possible, we provide a digital check-in through our associated application, which serves as a guide during the stay. In it, you will find details about the property, local recommendations, and your digital key, necessary to access the accommodation, as physical keys are not used.

Check-in is available from 15:00 and check-out must be completed before 11:00. We can manage early arrival or late departure requests depending on availability. We are always available before and during the stay to resolve any questions or needs that may arise.

Welcome to Volcán de Masdache Apartment 3, a comfortable and inviting holiday home located in the popular Playa Chica area of Puerto del Carmen. Situated on the lower level of the building, this well-equipped apartment is perfect for couples or solo travelers looking to enjoy Lanzarote's charm and coastal beauty.

While Apartment 3 does not offer sea views or an outdoor terrace, it provides a peaceful atmosphere just a short walk from Playa Chica beach. Restaurants, shops, and local entertainment are all nearby, making this a convenient base for both relaxation and exploration.

The Fariones Sports Centre just 20 metres from the accommodation offers a day pass where you have a gym, swimming pool, tennis, and other fitness facilities, is located just 15 metres from the apartment — ideal for guests who enjoy staying active during their holiday. Consult them for prices.

Please note that parking in the area is public but can be somewhat difficult, especially in peak hours. For convenience, we recommend renting a car only for day trips or excursions, to avoid parking challenges near the property.

* 1 Bedroom: Features a joined double bed made of 2 single beds with bed linens, bath towels, and beach towels. It is mounted as a double bed and on request with atleast 48 hour prior notice can be prepared as 2 single beds.
* 1 Bathroom: Equipped with a walk-in shower, hairdryer, magnifying mirror, and premium amenities including gel/shampoo and body lotion dispensers.
* Living Room: Comfortable seating, flat-screen TV with English and European channels, and high-speed Wi-Fi.
* Dining Area & Kitchen: Fully equipped with everything you need to cook and dine at home.

Air Conditioning
The apartment includes air conditioning in the living and dining area, available through a coin meter. You can top it up at your convenience to enjoy warm or cool air as needed.
