The apartment features a master bedroom with a double bed, a large wardrobe with integrated lights and a full-length mirror, and access to a terrace-balcony with sea views. The bedroom bathroom is equipped with a shower, hairdryer, magnifying mirror, and high-quality amenities (gel/shampoo dispenser and moisturiser).
The ground floor offers a modern open-concept living room, with a comfortable chaise longue sofa, large Smart TV with Netflix, multilingual SatTV and WiFi, dining area and fully equipped kitchen, including microwave, espresso coffee machine, oven, fridge-freezer and dishwasher.
The apartment also has a washing machine, iron and ironing board, as well as a large furnished terrace, with sun loungers and an outdoor shower with water heated by solar energy, ideal for relaxing outdoors.

The accommodation includes air conditioning in the living room and bedroom, operated by a coin meter. A courtesy credit is provided at the beginning of the stay; once exhausted, guests can top up the meter as needed.

Upon arrival, guests receive a welcome pack, which includes water, milk, coffee and tea sachets, biscuits, crackers, half a bottle of Lanzarote wine and a cleaning kit. Additionally, a welcome letter is provided with personal recommendations about the island, useful information and contact numbers.
For stays of one week or more, a courtesy cleaning is included midway through the stay, which includes changing bed linen and towels, removing rubbish, replenishing gel, lotion and toilet paper, as well as a refresh of the accommodation. This cleaning is express; personal belongings are not reorganised or sorted.
Baby Pack (optional and incurs additional cost)
For families with young children, we offer a Baby Pack for an additional charge, which includes a cot, high chair, sheets, blanket, towel, toiletry kit, portable bathtub and child-friendly crockery. It must be requested before arrival.

Wir hatten das Vergnügen, in einem wunderschönen Appartement in Puerto del Carmen auf Lanzarote in der Calle Timple zu übernachten und möchten unsere Begeisterung gerne teilen. Dieses Appartement ist definitiv eine erstklassige Wahl für einen unvergesslichen Urlaub.
Die Lage des Appartements ist einfach unschlagbar. Es befindet sich in unmittelbarer Nähe zum Strand, was bedeutet, dass wir nur wenige Schritte gehen mussten, um das kristallklare Wasser und den feinen Sand zu genießen. Die Strandnähe ermöglichte es uns, jeden Morgen den Sonnenaufgang zu bewundern und abends romantische Spaziergänge am Meer zu unternehmen. Es war einfach traumhaft! Die Ausstattung des Appartements verdient ebenfalls höchstes Lob. Besonders beeindruckt hat uns die Küche, die mit allem ausgestattet war, was wir uns nur wünschen konnten. Von modernen Geräten bis hin zu hochwertigem Kochgeschirr war alles vorhanden. Wir konnten problemlos unsere eigenen Mahlzeiten zubereiten und dabei den Komfort und die Qualität der Küche genießen. Es war ein wahrer Genuss, in einer so gut ausgestatteten Küche zu kochen. Das Appartement selbst war geschmackvoll eingerichtet und sehr komfortabel. Es gab genügend Platz, um uns zu entspannen und die Atmosphäre zu genießen. Die Einrichtung war modern und stilvoll, was dem Appartement eine luxuriöse Note verlieh.
