To ensure comfort year‑round, Luciana features centralised smart air‑conditioning and heating located exclusively in the bedroom. The system maintains a preset temperature. No physical remotes are provided, but slight adjustments can be made upon request.

It is also ideally located, less than 15min from the airport and close to really any place on the island.

Appartement is prachtig op een hele fijne rustige locatie. Goede uitrusting in de keuken, beetje uitvogelen hoe je de pannen op de 2 kookpannen kwijtraakt maar dat is te overzien. Het appartement ziet er super uit. Om de paar dagen wordt je huisje gosee more

Het appartement ziet er super uit. Om de paar dagen wordt je huisje goed schoongemaakt. Wij waren er voor de 2e keer 18 dagen en weer helemaal tevreden alleen misten wij erg de parasol buiten bij het zwembad.

Teleurstellend vonden wij dat de 3 slecht werkende parasols van vorig waren verdwenen maar er nu niets meer stond. Deze waren besteld…..🤷️🤷️

There's lots of information at your disposal through the website/app and Sarah is easy to reach and quick to reply if you have any additional questions.

It might get a bit warm inside the apartment on sunny and hot days, and there's no airconditioning inside the place. But because there are opposite doors, it's possible to 'air' the appartment.
