We stayed at La Casa Del Medianero for a long week in January and we enjoyed it a lot!
The apartment is well equipped with all the comforts needed. It was like feeling at home!
Sarah is very gentle and always available for any support.

The only thing we would like to suggest, especially during winter season , is to provide something for warming the house because we had cold during the evenings and mornings.

We liked the whole accomodation and the style, authentic and clean. We liked the quiet atmosphere. The swimming pool and the sitting area on the other side of the apartments is great. You can go to all sides of Lanzarote from here.

Take care that the app is provided a few days before the arrival, so you know everything before ans you don’t have to fill in the information somewhere between the airport and the accomodation.

El alojamiento es excelente en cuanto a amplitud, decoración y menaje. Echo en falta alguna toalla de baño más pero, a cambio se dan las de piscina. Sin embargo, el uso de la domotica para la entrada y salida me parece excesivo. Para personas algo msee more
El alojamiento es excelente en cuanto a amplitud, decoración y menaje. Echo en falta alguna toalla de baño más pero, a cambio se dan las de piscina. Sin embargo, el uso de la domotica para la entrada y salida me parece excesivo. Para personas algo mayores se complica la cosa y, además, se echa en falta la gestión en persona que me parece más eficaz. Es cierto que los dueños responden a través de la aplicación rápidamente, pero más parece una IA que un ser humano.

Gracias por tu valoración y por destacar la amplitud, decoración y menaje del alojamiento. Tomamos nota también sobre las toallas de baño.
Sobre el acceso digital, lo implementamos como mejora tanto para nosotros como para los huéspedes, ya que antes eran muy frecuentes las pérdidas de llaves, mandos del parking o baterías agotadas que impedían entrar hasta que pudiéramos acudir. La cerradura electrónica evita estos problemas y, siguiendo los pasos indicados, funciona bien incluso para personas mayores. Entendemos que no es el sistema ideal para todos, pero es la solución más práctica y segura que podemos ofrecer. En cuanto al trato personal, estamos en la casa a diario: nosotros mismos abrimos y cerramos la piscina y cuidamos las zonas comunes, por lo que solemos coincidir con los huéspedes. Durante la estancia estamos siempre disponibles, ya sea digitalmente o en persona. Y aunque usamos plantillas para mensajes rutinarios, las respuestas que requieren atención las escribimos manualmente no son generadas por IA. Solo contamos con esta ayuda fuera de horario razonable para que nadie se quede sin respuesta. Gracias por tu visita y por compartir tu experiencia. Tus comentarios nos ayudan a seguir mejorando. Es un verdadero oasis de tranquilidad, impecablemente mantenido, decorado con un gusto exquisito, donde cada detalle habla del cariño con el que ha sido creado, alejado del bullicio turístico, la ubicación perfecta para descansar.

Esta vez estuvimos en el Apto. Jose....fantástico, con un pack de bienvenida muy completo —agua, leche, galletas, snacks, aceite, sal...—, algo que se agradece muchísimo y que dice mucho del cuidado con el que se recibe a los huéspedes. Y de las zonas comunes, piscina, jardín... qué comentar: una delicia! Sin duda... la Casa del Medianero es MI LUGAR Ya estoy contando los días para esa 4ª vez. Gracias, Sarah y familia, por hacerlo tan especial siempre. |
