El Volcan de Masdache, Apartment 2 - Puerto del Carmen

Casa Felicidad is a holiday home located in the heart of Puerto del Carmen and offers a very comfortable, modern and cosy design with spectacular sea views from the bedroom. The apartment consists of 2 floors and is very well located, just a few metres from the main avenue, Avenida de las Playas, where you have the fabulous beach "Playa Grande" just across the avenue and then a wide variety of restaurants. It is the perfect place for sunny days at the beach or sunbathing in the comfort of this spectacular and modern accommodation. It has air conditioning in the living room and also in the bedroom. We have a reliable Fibre Optic WiFi connection that reaches approximately 200 Mbps, ideal for working from home for those who want to combine holidays with work.

Air Conditioning:
We provide you with a Courtesy Credit on the Coin Meter. Once used, you must refill the coin meter during your stay at your own expense.

Important Notice:
Please note that from mid/late July until at least mid-October 2025, renovation works will be carried out in the neighbouring property. Although we cannot predict the exact level of disturbance and it is not under our control, we want to be transparent so that guests can make an informed decision. Thank you for your understanding.

The apartment has a charming bedroom with a separate living room (in addition to the living room on the ground floor), from where the bedroom has a fantastic view of the landscape and sea view from the terrace-balcony, the bedroom features a double bed, with a large wardrobe with integrated lights and a full-length mirror on each wardrobe door, a large bathroom with shower equipped with hairdryer, magnifying mirror and high-quality toiletries (gel/shampoo and moisturiser dispenser), the living room has a modern look with an open-plan design with a comfortable chaise-long sofa, large Smart TV, Netflix, SatTv with several language channels, reliable fibre optic Wi-Fi, dining area and spacious, well-equipped kitchen with microwave, espresso coffee machine, oven, fridge-freezer and dishwasher. The apartment also has a large terrace with outdoor furniture, sun loungers and an outdoor shower heated by solar energy. There is also a washing machine, iron and ironing board available.

Puerto del Carmen is the main tourist area of Lanzarote. It offers more than 6 km of beaches with calm waters, ideal for diving. Parallel to the sea, there is an avenue with all types of tourist services, shops, cafés and restaurants.

WELCOME: We request your arrival information to organise your check-in. Whenever possible, we welcome our guests at the house door. There we complete a brief check-in form, hand over a welcome pack (water, milk, coffee and tea sachets, biscuits, crackers, ½ bottle of Lanzarote wine and a cleaning kit) along with a welcome letter with personal island recommendations, useful information and telephone numbers. We are available when necessary to resolve any doubts and remain at your disposal 24 hours for whatever you may need.

For the little ones, we can, for an additional charge, organise a BABY PACK (cot, high chair, sheets, blanket, towel, toiletry kit, as well as a portable bathtub and child-friendly crockery). Please request this before your arrival.

The entry time is from 15:00 onwards. Leaving the house is before 11:00. If you want to arrive earlier or leave later, there is no problem, tell us and we will check availability.

CAR RENTAL: I recommend renting a hire car before coming to Lanzarote, as there is high demand. We work with a solid company on the island, and for your reserved dates I can organise and book your car with special conditions, including taxes, free cancellation, no deposit, comprehensive insurance, no fuel charge, unlimited kilometres and a second driver included. If you would like me to manage your car rental booking, I would only need the details of your flight.

Welcome to Volcán de Masdache Apartment 3, a comfortable and inviting holiday home located in the popular Playa Chica area of Puerto del Carmen. Situated on the lower level of the building, this well-equipped apartment is perfect for couples or solo travelers looking to enjoy Lanzarote's charm and coastal beauty.

While Apartment 3 does not offer sea views or an outdoor terrace, it provides a peaceful atmosphere just a short walk from Playa Chica beach. Restaurants, shops, and local entertainment are all nearby, making this a convenient base for both relaxation and exploration.

The Fariones Sports Centre just 20 metres from the accommodation offers a day pass where you have a gym, swimming pool, tennis, and other fitness facilities, is located just 15 metres from the apartment — ideal for guests who enjoy staying active during their holiday. Consult them for prices.

Please note that parking in the area is public but can be somewhat difficult, especially in peak hours. For convenience, we recommend renting a car only for day trips or excursions, to avoid parking challenges near the property.

* 1 Bedroom: Features a joined double bed made of 2 single beds with bed linens, bath towels, and beach towels. It is mounted as a double bed and on request with atleast 48 hour prior notice can be prepared as 2 single beds.
* 1 Bathroom: Equipped with a walk-in shower, hairdryer, magnifying mirror, and premium amenities including gel/shampoo and body lotion dispensers.
* Living Room: Comfortable seating, flat-screen TV with English and European channels, and high-speed Wi-Fi.
* Dining Area & Kitchen: Fully equipped with everything you need to cook and dine at home.

Air Conditioning
The apartment includes air conditioning in the living and dining area, available through a coin meter. You can top it up at your convenience to enjoy warm or cool air as needed.
