The apartment has two bedrooms, one with a double bed and another with two single beds, offering a comfortable space for couples, families, or small groups.

The bathroom is equipped with a shower, hairdryer, magnifying mirror and high-quality amenities, including gel/shampoo dispensers and moisturising cream.

The living area has a 47-inch screen, satellite television with English and European channels, as well as WiFi access. It also includes a pleasant dining area and a well-equipped kitchen, designed for short or longer stays.

Additional Guest Policy
The nightly rate covers up to 2 guests. In the event of travelling with more than two people, guests aged 3 years and older will be subject to an additional nightly charge, which must be correctly included in the reservation.

Security and Privacy
The property is equipped with a security alarm system connected to the local police. This system does not compromise the privacy of guests, as it is only activated in the event of an unauthorized entry to the property.

Included Amenities and Welcome
The accommodation is delivered fully equipped for a comfortable stay. Upon arrival, guests will receive a complimentary welcome package that includes water, milk, coffee and tea, sweet and savoury biscuits, as well as a half bottle of local wine.

Casa Capricho is a self-service property, so the initial welcome items are not replenished during the stay.

For stays of one week or more, a courtesy cleaning is included midway through the stay, which includes changing towels and sheets, removing rubbish, replenishing gel, lotion and toilet paper, as well as a general refresh of the accommodation. This cleaning is an express courtesy visit; personal belongings of guests are not ordered or reorganised.

Check-in Process
Once the reservation is confirmed, it will be necessary to complete the online check-in through our associated application, which also functions as a digital guide during the stay. In the application, you will find useful information about the property and the area, local recommendations, and your digital key, which is necessary to access the accommodation, as physical keys are not used.

Check-in is available from 15:00 and check-out must be completed before 11:00. We do not have a reception at the establishment, but we are always available before and during the stay for any queries or assistance you may need.

Casa Mercedes, Apartment 1 is a modern and cosy holiday home located in the heart of Varadero (Old Town), Puerto del Carmen. Spacious and bright, it offers two bedrooms and a bathroom, ensuring a comfortable and relaxing stay. The kitchen is fully equipped, allowing you to prepare meals at your own pace.

The property is located just a few steps from the vibrant Avenue of the Beaches, near Playa Grande, the port and a wide range of restaurants, shops and leisure options. The terrace furnished with sun loungers offers an ideal space to relax and enjoy views of the sea and the horizon.

Rates
The base rate covers up to two guests. Each additional person (3rd or 4th guest) incurs an extra charge per night, which must be reflected in the booking.

Air conditioning and parking
The apartment has air conditioning in the living room, which operates via a 1 euro coin meter.
The possibility of renting a parking space is available upon request, with an additional daily rate.
