Casa Felicidad is a vacational home which is located in the heart of Puerto del Carmen and offers a very comfortable, modern and cosy design with spectacular sea views from the bedroom. The apartment consists of 2 floors and is very well located, just a few meters from the main avenue, Avenida de las Playas, you have the fabulous beach "Playa Grande" just across the road from the avenue and then a wide variety of restaurants. It is the perfect place for sunny days on the beach or sunbathing in the comfort of this spectacular and modern accommodation. It has air conditioning in the living room and also in the bedroom. We have a reliable WiFi Fibre Optic connection reaching approx. 200 Mbps, ideal for teleworking from home for those who want to combine vacations with work.

We leave provided a Courtesy Credit in Coin Meter. Once used, you must refill the coin meter during your stay at your own expense.

Please note that from mid/late July until at least the end of August 2025, renovation work will be carried out at the neighbouring property. While we cannot predict the exact level of disturbance and it is not in our control, we want to be transparent so guests can make an informed decision. Thank you for your understanding.
The apartment has a charming bedroom with a separate living room (in addition to the living room on the ground floor), where from the bedroom, you have a fantastic view of the landscape and sea view from the balcony-terrace, the bedroom has a double bed, with a large wardrobe with built-in lights and a body mirror on each wardrobe door, a large bathroom with a shower equipped with a hair dryer, magnifying mirror and high-quality toiletries (gel / shampoo and moisturiser dispenser ), the living room has a modern feel with the open plan layout with a comfortable chaise-long sofa, large Smart TV, Netflix, SatTv with various language channels, reliable fibre optic Wi-Fi, dining area and spacious kitchen well equipped with, microwave, coffee expresso machine, oven, fridge-freezer and dishwasher. The apartment also has a large terrace with outdoor furniture, sunbeds and an outdoor shower which is heated with solar energy. Washing machine is also available as is an iron and board.
Puerto del Carmen is the main tourist area of Lanzarote. Offers more than 6 km of beaches with calm waters, ideal for scuba diving. In parallel to the sea you have an avenue with all kinds of tourist services, shops, cafes and restaurants.
WELCOME: We request your arrival information in order to organise your check in. Whenever it is possible for us, we welcome our guests at the door of the house. There we complete a brief check in form, we give you a welcome pack (water, milk, packets of coffee and tea, cookies, crackers, ½ bottle of wine from Lanzarote and a cleaning kit) along with a welcome letter with personal recommendations of the island along with helpful information and telephone numbers. We are available when needed to resolve any questions you may have and we remain at your disposal 24 hours for anything you need.
For the little ones, we can, for an additional fee organise a BABY PACK (cot, high chair, linen, blanket, towel, shower kit as well as portable bath and dishes apt for children). Request this before your arrival.
The check in time is from 3:00 PM. The check out of the house is by 11:00 AM. If you want arrive before or leave later, no problem, tell us to check availability.
CAR RENTAL: I recommend you hire a rent a car before coming to Lanzarote as there is a high demand. We work with a strong company on the island, for your booked dates I can organise and book your car with special conditions, included tax fees, free cancellation, no deposit fee required, full insurance, no fuel charge, unlimited kilometres and a second driver included. If you would like me to arrange the rent a car booking, all I would need is your flight details.

Die Lage des Appartements ist einfach unschlagbar. Es befindet sich in unmittelbarer Nähe zum Strand, was bedeutet, dass wir nur wenige Schritte gehen mussten, um das kristallklare Wasser und den feinen Sand zu genießen. Die Strandnähe ermöglichte es uns, jeden Morgen den Sonnenaufgang zu bewundern und abends romantische Spaziergänge am Meer zu unternehmen. Es war einfach traumhaft! Die Ausstattung des Appartements verdient ebenfalls höchstes Lob. Besonders beeindruckt hat uns die Küche, die mit allem ausgestattet war, was wir uns nur wünschen konnten. Von modernen Geräten bis hin zu hochwertigem Kochgeschirr war alles vorhanden. Wir konnten problemlos unsere eigenen Mahlzeiten zubereiten und dabei den Komfort und die Qualität der Küche genießen. Es war ein wahrer Genuss, in einer so gut ausgestatteten Küche zu kochen. Das Appartement selbst war geschmackvoll eingerichtet und sehr komfortabel. Es gab genügend Platz, um uns zu entspannen und die Atmosphäre zu genießen. Die Einrichtung war modern und stilvoll, was dem Appartement eine luxuriöse Note verlieh. Cleaning Service
The apartment is delivered clean and ready for your stay with:
* Bed linens
* Bath towels and beach towels
* Kitchen cloths
* Hand soap, moisturizing cream, and gel/shampoo dispensers in the bathroom
* For stays over 7 nights, an extra set of towels and bed linens is also provided
This initial cleaning service is included in the reservation. Additional cleaning during your stay can be arranged for an extra fee upon request.
