Located in a quiet area, Casa Durán is a short walk from the beach. Nearby are restaurants, cafés and supermarkets accessible on foot. Entertainment zones and sports facilities can also be reached by walking.
The house has a garden, outdoor furniture, washing machine, iron, safe, WiFi connection, hairdryer, alarm system and television. Both bedrooms and the living room have air conditioning, included in the accommodation price, as well as mosquito nets in the bedrooms.
