Beds good and firm. shower water pressure superb. Outside space lovely .. Suntrap on top deck and lower deck ! Windows provide plenty of ventilation throughout villa and you can safely leave the bedrooms windows open during nights as they have security barriers across them etc . Everything you would require seems to of been catered for or is on offer . If you were to of forgotten something you bet its probably provided there anyway. Walk to beach/ avenue is maybe 1- 2 mins down hill from villa. (Nearest big decent supermarket is 15 mins walk away to the right as you get on avenue.) Communication in days prior to arrival and during stay was superb. Andres is on hand via ‘whats app’ and is extremely quick to react to any concern/ problem. No payment what so ever is required up until i think was 2 weeks before our arrival . 100% recommend this property. |

The small welcome pack was really nice and everything within the accommodation was well thought through. For example, the addition of beach towels, a hairdryer, extra towels. The top level terrace was a joy to use. The location is spot on for being in the centre of the resort and just a minutes walk to the promenade and beach was excellent. There are some lovely restaurants in the area. The road outside is fairly quiet as it is one way but the pavements are quite narrow so folk just need to be mindful of that. Having visited Lanzarote for the last 11 years Puerto Del Carmen has become our go to place. We have used this company for another stay which was as equally impressive. I would thoroughly recommend this place to anyone and we can't wait to return. The hosts were amazing and any query was dealt with very promptly. Nothing was too much trouble. Their accommodation app was a new concept for us and this was brilliant. It gave all the advice a person could ever need. All in all a ten out of ten Couldn't fault anything.

Facilities are cleverly maximised and interior design is thoughtful clean and contemporary, especially compared to the hundreds of PDC properties we researched before booking. Location is a huge added bonus a five minute walk for a morning swim or an evening cocktail, but far enough from the avenida to be unaware of it in the evenings chatting on the patio. The perfect PDC stay.
