El Volcan de Masdache, Apartment 3 - Puerto del Carmen

Casa Felicidad is a vacational home which is located in the heart of Puerto del Carmen and offers a very comfortable, modern and cosy design with spectacular sea views from the bedroom. The apartment consists of 2 floors and is very well located, just a few meters from the main avenue, Avenida de las Playas, you have the fabulous beach "Playa Grande" just across the road from the avenue and then a wide variety of restaurants. It is the perfect place for sunny days on the beach or sunbathing in the comfort of this spectacular and modern accommodation. It has air conditioning in the living room and also in the bedroom. We have a reliable WiFi Fibre Optic connection reaching approx. 200 Mbps, ideal for teleworking from home for those who want to combine vacations with work.

Air Conditioning:
We leave provided a Courtesy Credit in Coin Meter. Once used, you must refill the coin meter during your stay at your own expense.

The apartment has a charming bedroom with a separate living room (in addition to the living room on the ground floor), where from the bedroom, you have a fantastic view of the landscape and sea view from the balcony-terrace, the bedroom has a double bed, with a large wardrobe with built-in lights and a body mirror on each wardrobe door, a large bathroom with a shower equipped with a hair dryer, magnifying mirror and high-quality toiletries (gel / shampoo and moisturiser dispenser ), the living room has a modern feel with the open plan layout with a comfortable chaise-long sofa, large Smart TV, Netflix, SatTv with various language channels, reliable fibre optic Wi-Fi, dining area and spacious kitchen well equipped with, microwave, coffee expresso machine, oven, fridge-freezer and dishwasher. The apartment also has a large terrace with outdoor furniture, sunbeds and an outdoor shower which is heated with solar energy. Washing machine is also available as is an iron and board.

Puerto del Carmen is the main tourist area of ​​Lanzarote. Offers more than 6 km of beaches with calm waters, ideal for scuba diving. In parallel to the sea you have an avenue with all kinds of tourist services, shops, cafes and restaurants.

WELCOME: We request your arrival information in order to organise your check in. Whenever it is possible for us, we welcome our guests at the door of the house. There we complete a brief check in form, we give you a welcome pack (water, milk, packets of coffee and tea, cookies, crackers, ½ bottle of wine from Lanzarote and a cleaning kit) along with a welcome letter with personal recommendations of the island along with helpful information and telephone numbers. We are available when needed to resolve any questions you may have and we remain at your disposal 24 hours for anything you need.

For the little ones, we can, for an additional fee organise a BABY PACK (cot, high chair, linen, blanket, towel, shower kit as well as portable bath and dishes apt for children). Request this before your arrival.

The check in time is from 3:00 PM. The check out of the house is by 11:00 AM. If you want arrive before or leave later, no problem, tell us to check availability.


CAR RENTAL: I recommend you hire a rent a car before coming to Lanzarote as there is a high demand. Welcome to Volcán de Masdache Apartment 2, a comfortable and inviting holiday home located in the popular Playa Chica area of Puerto del Carmen. Situated on the lower level of the building, this well-equipped apartment is perfect for couples or solo travelers looking to enjoy Lanzarote's charm and coastal beauty.

While Apartment 2 does not offer sea views or an outdoor terrace, it provides a peaceful atmosphere just a short walk from Playa Chica beach. Restaurants, shops, and local entertainment are all nearby, making this a convenient base for both relaxation and exploration.

The Fariones Sports Centre just 20 metres from the accommodation offers a day pass where you have a gym, swimming pool, tennis, and other fitness facilities, is located just 15 metres from the apartment — ideal for guests who enjoy staying active during their holiday. Consult them for prices.

Please note that parking in the area is public but can be somewhat difficult, especially in peak hours. For convenience, we recommend renting a car only for day trips or excursions, to avoid parking challenges near the property.

* 1 Bedroom: Features a joined double bed made of 2 single beds with bed linens, bath towels, and beach towels. It is mounted as a double bed and on request with atleast 48 hour prior notice can be prepared as 2 single beds.
* 1 Bathroom: Equipped with a walk-in shower, hairdryer, magnifying mirror, and premium amenities including gel/shampoo and body lotion dispensers.
* Living Room: Comfortable seating, flat-screen TV with English and European channels, and high-speed Wi-Fi.
* Dining Area & Kitchen: Fully equipped with everything you need to cook and dine at home.

Air Conditioning
The apartment includes air conditioning in the living and dining area, available through a coin meter. You can top it up at your convenience to enjoy warm or cool air as needed.
