Peñas Blancas is a cosy holiday home located in Macher, one of the most peaceful and central areas of Lanzarote. Surrounded by volcanoes and natural landscapes, it offers a perfect setting to disconnect, relax and explore the island with complete comfort.

The property has a private swimming pool for exclusive use (9 × 4 metres, maximum depth of 1.50 m, not heated) and open views towards the mountains and the Tegoyo volcano. We are a few minutes from La Geria, with its wineries, vineyards and volcanic routes, as well as Tías, where you will find supermarkets and everything necessary for your stay.

Moreover, Peñas Blancas has stable fibre optic WiFi with approximate speeds of 100 Mbps, ideal for leisure or teleworking.

Comfortable and Functional Interior Spaces
The accommodation is an independent studio, located next to the owners' residence, but guaranteeing absolute privacy. It features a double bed, safe, living area and views of the volcano.

Outside, guests can enjoy a large private pool in the style of a jameo, terrace with sun loungers, garden, barbecue area and outdoor furniture, perfect for relaxing under the Lanzarote sun.

Included Amenities and Welcome
Peñas Blancas is delivered fully equipped for a comfortable stay. Upon arrival, guests will receive a welcome pack, which includes water, milk, tea and coffee sachets, sweet and savoury biscuits, half a bottle of local wine, and a basic cleaning kit.

For stays of one week or more, a mid-stay cleaning can be arranged upon request. This service involves an additional cost, separate from the booking, and includes changing bed linen and towels, rubbish removal, replenishing gel, lotion and toilet paper, as well as a refresh of the accommodation. The cleaning is express, so personal belongings are not reorganised or tidied.

Baby Pack (optional)
For families with young children, we offer a Baby Pack at an additional cost, which includes a cot, high chair, portable bathtub, sheets, blanket, towel, shower kit and children's crockery. It must be requested in advance.

Check-in Process
Once the reservation is confirmed, you will be asked to complete the online check-in through our application, which also serves as a digital guide during your stay. From the app, you will receive information about the property, local recommendations, and your personal access code for the electronic lock, as physical keys are not used.

Check-in is available from 3:00 PM and check-out must be completed before 11:00 AM. We can manage early arrival or late departure requests subject to availability. We are available 24 hours for any assistance you may need during your stay.

Car Rental
To explore Lanzarote with total freedom, we recommend renting a car. We collaborate with a trusted local provider that offers special conditions: comprehensive insurance, no deposit, free cancellation, unlimited mileage, second driver included and no fuel cost. We can manage the booking adapting it to your arrival and departure times.

Macher and Its Environment
Macher is located in the heart of the island, with excellent connection to the main points of interest such as La Geria, Timanfaya National Park, Famara and commercial areas, all within less than 10 minutes by car. It is a very peaceful area, mainly inhabited by local residents, ideal for combining rest and exploration.

La Casa del Medianero is a charming traditional Canarian home that blends rustic elegance with modern comfort. Located in the peaceful village of Macher, it offers the perfect balance between relaxation and exploration, with easy access to both the north and south of Lanzarote. The Room
The Fefo room features a cosy bedroom with a comfortable double bed (160x200) and a private en-suite bathroom with walk-in cabin shower.
The bathroom includes a hairdryer and essential toiletries (shower gel, shampoo, body lotion, and hand soap).

Air Conditioning
Air conditioning is included and available in the bedroom only. It operates in cooling and heating modes and is set to standardised settings to ensure comfort and energy efficiency.
The system is centrally managed via our internal app, therefore no remote control is provided. It maintains a constant average indoor temperature of 24 °C.

Living Area & Kitchen
Guests have access to a comfortable shared living area with a two-seater sofa, ideal for relaxing after a day exploring the island.

The space includes a Smart TV, access to a fully equipped kitchen (including oven and standard utensils), and reliable fibre-optic Wi-Fi (~65 Mbps), suitable for streaming or remote work.

Location
Macher is a quiet and authentic village in southern Lanzarote. Timanfaya National Park and Los Hervideros are approximately 15 minutes by car. Nearby amenities include supermarkets, local restaurants, a petrol station, and a church.

Arrival & Access
The property offers keyless digital access via the Hoomvip app, which also includes the mandatory online check-in form required by Spanish law. This must be completed before arrival.
Once check-in is completed, guests receive access instructions, a personalised digital guide, island recommendations, and essential contact information.
