Peñas Blancas is a cozy vacational home located in Macher, it is very central area of ​​Lanzarote. Surrounded by volcano and tranquility, you can also enjoy the 9x4 m pool of depth 1.50 m. max. and views of the surrounding mountains. Well located and close to the volcanoes of the area of La geria, wineries, vineyards, cuisine and much more. Perfect for a relaxing and recharging escape, its also nearby to everything you need in the town of Tías. Very easy to move around and enjoy Lanzarote. We have a reliable WiFi Fibre Optic connection reaching approx. 100 Mbps, ideal for working remotely from home.

The apartment is next to the owners house but it is totally independent. It consists of everything on the same floor type studio with double bed and safe, overlooking the Tegoyo volcano, you have a super pool-jameo, terrace for sunbathing, barbecue in the garden and terrace furniture. The interior is very practical and has everything for a quiet holiday, if you want to disconnect from everything and enjoy the nature and sun of Lanzarote, this is your house in Lanzarote.

Macher is in the center of the island, very well connected with the main visits of the island, La Geria, Timanfaya National Park, Famara and shopping areas less than 10 minutes by car. The area is known for its tranquility, the majority of residents are habitual residents. Being in the center of the island is perfect to combine rest and visits.

WELCOME: We request your arrival information in order to organize your check in. Whenever it is possible for us, we welcome our guests at the door of the house. There we complete a brief check in form, we give you a welcome pack (water, milk, packets of coffee and tea, cookies, crackers, ½ bottle of wine from Lanzarote and a cleaning kit) along with a welcome letter with personal recommendations of the island along with helpful information and telephone numbers. We are available when needed to resolve any questions you may have and we remain at your disposal 24 hours for anything you need. For the little ones, we can, for an additional fee organise a BABY PACK (cot, high chair, linen, blanket, towel, shower kit as well as portable bath and dishes apt for children). Request this before your arrival.

The check in time is from 3:00 PM. The check out of the house is by 12:00 PM. If you want arrive before or leave later, no problem, tell us to check availability.

CLEANING: The house comes with fresh clean sheets, fresh bath towels, beach towels and tea towels. In the bathroom: hand soap, moisturizer dispenser and gel/shampoo dispenser. Additionally we leave an extra set of bath towels and sheets. This cleaning service carries a fixed charge. If you want extra cleaning service during the stay please just ask us for more information.

CAR RENTAL: I recommend you hire a rent a car before coming to Lanzarote as there is a high demand. We work with a strong company on the island, for your booked dates I can organise and book your car with special conditions, included tax fees, free cancellation, no deposit fee required, full insurance, no fuel charge, unlimited kilometres and a second driver included. If you would like me to arrange the rent a car booking, all I would need is your flight details.

This charming Canarian holiday home combines rustic elegance with modern amenities, offering the perfect escape. Located in the heart of Macher, our property provides a serene retreat with convenient access to attractions in both the south and north of Lanzarote.

Fefo has a cosy bedroom equipped with a comfortable double bed (160x200) and a walk-in shower bathroom. The living room includes a two-seater sofa, perfect for relaxing, although it does not have a sofa bed, so the accommodation is ideal for couples or travellers who do not need additional sleeping space. The home also offers a fully equipped kitchen, a cosy living room with Smart TV and a well-stocked bathroom with essential items such as a hairdryer and toiletry dispenser (gel/shampoo and body lotion).

Private Rooms: Each room in La Casa del Medianero, including Fefo, is exclusively for the guest or guests who booked it, ensuring total privacy and comfort.

Common Areas:
Guests have access to shared areas, including the pool, terrace, barbecue area, gardens, patio, and parking. The heated saltwater pool is maintained at a pleasant temperature of 24°C, offering a skin-friendly swimming experience.

Connectivity:
Stay connected with stable fibre optic WiFi (~100 Mbps), perfect for balancing work and leisure.

Access to the Exterior:
The rooms and living areas overlook the garden/patio with chairs and tables or the pool area, ideal for sunbathing, relaxing and enjoying the fresh air.

Location:
Macher is a quiet village, with attractions such as Timanfaya National Park and Los Hervideros just 15 minutes by car. Nearby amenities include supermarkets, service stations, local restaurants and a church, all within reach.

To ensure a smooth arrival, we request your travel details in advance. All guests complete a brief digital check-in form before their stay. You will also receive a personalised digital guide with a welcome letter, island recommendations and essential contact information.

Family Services – Baby Pack:
Available for an additional charge, the Baby Pack includes a travel cot, high chair, bed sheets, blanket, towel, toiletry kit, portable bathtub and children's crockery. Please request it in advance, as availability is limited.

Cleaning and Amenities:
Fresh bed linen, bath towels, beach towels, and kitchen cloths are included. Essential bathroom items include hand soap, moisturiser, and gel/shampoo dispensers. For stays longer than a week, a complimentary cleaning service is available, which includes changing bed linen and towels and a quick touch-up of the space.

Car rental: We collaborate with a reliable local company that offers free cancellation, fully comprehensive insurance, unlimited kilometres, second driver at no additional cost, and delivery/collection at Terminal 1 of Lanzarote Airport. We can send you a proposal if you wish.
